Estate Planning working to the third generation!

in 2004, an elderly couple completed estate planning with Munier Legacy Center. In 2016, one of the spouses passed away and then the survivor died in 2018. Sandra Munier was able to help the trustee administer the estate and then help her and her family with updated estate planning services. The family to the third generation has concrete planning in place to avoid probate processes and streamlined administration when the time comes.

When an elderly gentleman with advanced Parkinson's disease was told he did not have a good prognosis for time left, we were able to get a completely customized living trust-based estate plan done in 24 hours and make arrangements for execution of the documents. After he passed, his daughters were able to immediately take charge of the estate, avoid probate, and get the things done that they needed - and Munier Legacy Center was there to answer their questions promptly, and help them administer the trust in a timely fashion.
